Joe v Joe

It is a race to see who falls out of the spotlight faster now that their “15 minutes” is up.

So who will disappear quicker?  Joe Wurzelbacher or Joe Lieberman

Honestly I don’t care as long as they both go away.

This will mark the end of politics on this blog (your welcome).

Those that may from time to time want to see the political talk, I will be starting another blog just for that purpose, The Daft Dem.  Because I don’t believe yesterday was the end… it was only the beginning.

But I will be happy to bring this blog back to a more cheerful and stop be “sooooo serious”  (see Liz, I’m trying)

Next Week will mark the Return of TechParent Tuesday.

Just out of curiosity

Is there anybody that is Happy with the 2.5 upgrade of WordPress. I have heard very little happy chatter, and after installing it on my test server, I have to say, I am quite concerned.

So, Happy? Unhappy? Wait until 2.5.1?

What say you all?

When Good Plug-ins go bad

If you have had a problem viewing or commenting her previously, I apologize.  Apparently the Plug-In Bad Behavior started acting… well badly and causing problems.  Everything now should be fixed.

(If you should happen to have Bad Behavior on your site, you may wish to get the latest update if you haven’t already)

We are experiencing technical difficulties

Please stand by.

Apparently something went awry with my recent WordPress Update (2.2.3), as it added a boatload of “” characters to all my posts.

Please bear with me as I beat my head against the wall.

Does Yahoo! Mail Hate GMail?

Is it just me, or is Yahoo! Mail sending everything from GMail accounts that aren’t in your Yahoo! Contacts into Spam?

I have noticed this both from the GMail side, where people have not been getting e-mail from me, and then later discover that my e-mails are now routed to Spam, and in my Yahoo! account, the same thing applies, as now all the GMail I get is automatically relegated to Spam.

Considering how much spam my lightly used Yahoo! Mail garners per day, this is a daunting task to constantly go Dumster Diving into the Spam folder for valid e-mails when that little used account seems to garner somewhere in the neighborhood of 500 Spams a day.  I can’t even imagine what people who actually use or publish their Yahoo! Mail account take in.

So is it just me?  Or has anyone else noticed this sudden turn against GMail?
