		<description>I&#039;m at a loss why you would rather support Bill Gates and his inferior products, but that aside I don&#039;t think 7 is too young, assuming it is used sparingly and as you see fit.

I was in restaurant once and saw kids that couldn&#039;t be over 5 watching movies on their iPods at the table.  They had on headphones and weren&#039;t bothering a soul.  I was equally shocked and impressed with this.</description>

		<description>Try checking out this site. Both hubby and I have an mp3 player (Hubby has a U2 and I have an X5).  I&#039;m not sure when it&#039;s appropriate for a kid to get one, though.  As long as you can have some sort of control over how often she uses it, I don&#039;t see why not.</description>
