Picture Perfect Thursday - Chocolatetown
It is hard to believe that is has been a year since our first trip to Hershey PA. It is even more amazing that a year later (and after a second trip), it still holds amazements not only for LatteGirl but for me as well.
I have to admit that when I read that Liz and her family had headed off to Hershey this past week, that I was a bit jealous. Partly, because we are not doing any real traveling or vacationing this spring break. And partly because, I am jealous, and wish I was returning again this year.
Oh sure, my wife can say well we are going to Disney this year, and that is more than we care to spend for a vacation ever again. And that is true. But it doesn’t make me want to go back again to Hershey. Yes, I might reconsider whether or not, “Chocolatetown USA” is the brightest place to bring a child during Easter Weekend. Because after all, it is obvious as this picture proves, LatteGirl sure does LOVE her chocolate. And anything that makes her that happy, sure makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. (Or is that heartburn from too much chocolate?)
I’m sure that if (when) we do go again, it will not be quite as special as this first trip was. Even with an overcrowded park, it was a special weekend that will always be Picture Perfect.

Our best friends go to Hershey every year, and we have yet to go. I’ve heard it’s great, though!! And we are heading down to Florida next week - we go every year. I need to go pack my sunscreen and ibuprofen!
